IREADYshop does not offer any ‘Returns’ or ‘Refunds’ for any of our products due to simply change of mind. Exchange and refunds are only acceptable under the following circumstances.

All products purchased from our website can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days only if;

1. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
2. The received product(s) differed from the original order.
3. Exchange or refund request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
4. Exchange or refunds will only be processed once the faulty item has been received by IREADYshop.
5. Images of the faulty items must be sent within 7 days of the purchase on [email protected], please put your order number in the subject field.
6. Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.
7. IREADYshop will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (damaged/faulty or wrong item) and a full refund or new item will be sent to the customer of the equal value.
8. In case of exchange due to change of mind or preference customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
9. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, unworn and unused with the price label, hangtags, care label etc. are attached.

Please note we do not accept returns and exchanges on sale items. Full priced items can’t be exchanged during Sale periods.

ORDER CANCELLATION

1. IREADYshop does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.
2. IREADYshop will cancel the order if the customer contacts within 1-3 hours of purchase of the order due to change of mind. 
3. IREADYshop will not accept cancellation request if the order has been dispatched to the customer.
4. Customers paying via PayPal may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Order amount will be refunded back to their PayPal account.

IREADYshop holds the right to cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or PayPal payment is declined.

We do not store Credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
