Our aim is to deliver the parcel to our valued customers at our earliest.

1. You will receive a confirmation email with the order number and shipping details once the order has been placed successfully.
2. Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been shipped.
3. Free Shipping is not applicable to wedding wear & Couture orders.
4. We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS and Leopard it will take 2-3 business days for delivery within Pakistan and 8-10 days for international orders delivery.
5. Bridal & Formal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.
6. IREADYshop uses Fedex, DHL, SKYNET and UPS to ship international orders. It will take 8-10 days for international orders delivery.
7. Any custom charges or import duties imposed are sole responsibility of the buyer.
8. The custom charges are imposed by destination country’s customs department which is collected by the courier company on the behalf of Customs department.
9. In case Parcel/order is not received upon arrival due to such may result in parcel being held/discarded, IREADYshop will not be responsible.
10. We offer free shipping for orders above USD 100. However, custom duties and other taxes are charged by the customs department and must be borne by the customer. These charges vary from country to country depending on the weight/volume of the parcel.
11. If the parcel is on hold by the customs department of the shipping country, the customer is liable to provide all relevant and required documentation to the authorities.
12. IREADYshop is not responsible to refund the amount in case of non-clearance of the parcel.
